Our “Buy and hold” strategy as real estate investors is to generate recurring rental income and build wealth over the long term. With buy-and-hold real estate, our goal is to typically purchase a rental property, hold it for so many years and refinance or sell it when the time is right. If we sell it, we invest that money into other properties that we think will make other great returns in the foreseeable future.

The properties that we like to look for in these types of investments are multi-family properties, triplexes/

quadplexes, and above. These properties If done right will pay for themselves and bring a Return of Investment (ROI) back to you.

Another investment that we like to look at is Airbnb. This is another way to make a stream of income that if done properly can bring in an ROI that will also pay for the property and put money into your pocket. These properties are usually the vacation-style properties that we like to look for. You have to be careful because there is a lot to know when getting into Airbnb rental.
