In wholesaling, we as a company will write a contract with a seller that wishes to sell their property. We will discuss all details about the property and disclose all those details within the contract. This contract is what will then be for sale to the potential buyer.
The wholesaler (Our Company) writes a contract with a buyer at a higher price than with the seller and keeps the difference as profit. This is where we as a company get our commission and you as a seller don’t lose any money for selling your property as you would to a real estate agent.

These properties are usually the vacation-style properties that we like to look for. You have to be careful because there is a lot to know when getting into Airbnb rental.
